Browse through our catalogue and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. When you have made your selection, click on “checkout” You will then be asked to provide details so that we can process the order. Orders can only be sent to the billing address of the cardholder placing an order.

Delivery schedule:

We try to process all orders, where possible, within 24 hours. Whilst most items will be despatched within one working day, please allow 3-5 days for delivery within the UK. 

Unfortunatley we are not currantly offering delivery to Europe or the rest of the world this may change when the site is fully stocked and upon customer demand. 

Payment:

We accept payment by Cash, Cheques (sent by registered mail)We also accept PayPal, safe online payments that allow you to pay with your credit or debit card. Buyers from outside the UK please note: WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHEQUES OR MONEY ORDERS IN ANY OTHER CURRENCY OTHER THAN GB POUNDS STERLING £’s

Packaging:

At Cyber Muscle, we want you to receive your purchase in the same great condition it left us. We use only good quality, new materials for packaging and take great care to insure that happens. We can assure you NO ONE takes better care of your purchases.

Deliveries to UK mainland

For UK mainland deliveries, goods will be delivered for free.

Items mailed within the UK will normally be sent by courier and will be fully insured.

Heavier items may be sent Parcel Force 48 hour and will normally be insured for the full replacement value of the item. If a buyer requires enhanced insurance, Special Delivery or an expedited service please email the above for a quote BEFORE placing your order. Cyber Muscle reserves the right to replace any of the above services, without notice, for a similar or enhanced service, where we deem it to be more appropriate.

Overseas & non-mainland UK:

None-mainland UK and N/I deliveries are not been accepted at the moment, however this may change depending on demand , if you do live none mainland UK and wish to place an order please contact us to see if we can accomodate your needs.

Returns:

Returns will not be accepted please make sure that goods are undamaged when signing for your order, in the event that your goods are damaged you must contact us on the day of delivery.
